For all registrants we will provide free lunch with two coffee breaks.

For Students: Please provide an official letter on your institution/organization’s letterhead which indicates proof of your status as a Student. These should be emailed to the conference administrator at daisy@cilnconf.com

Group Registrations

Group registration is intended to simplify the process of registering several participants at once.

In case there are Abstract Presenters among the group delegates please advise the names and abstract numbers in advance in order to guarantee the abstract will remain in the Scientific Program.

On receipt of the registration form and payment conference office will send a confirmation mail to the participant. Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, participants are invited to attend all scientific sessions, exhibitions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellations must be notified in writing by email.
• All refunds will be processed after the completion of the conference.
• All processing fees including bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
• If cancellation is made on the day of conference no refund will be given.

Note: Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel.

We, the Organizers shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any persons, or his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance are recommended.
